   This is the best way for you to convey your order request to us.
If you are ready to place the order and live in the USA, and you are paying by MC, Visa, or Discover,  fill out the entire form including your Credit Card information. Please check the "Process-if-In-Stock" option on the order form. If an Email address is supplied, a confirmation email will be sent, from allukes@hotmail.com.

Paying by Personal Check, Money Order or COD?   If you live in the USA, 
fill out at least the shipping address and a way to contact you (phone or Email). We will check stock, calculate shipping and provide a total estimate. We will place the items on hold for at least 1 week, until we receive payment. 

Making just an inquiry? Then, fill out only your Name, E-mail or Phone, a shipping address or Zip Code and the items of interest. There is no obligation to buy, unless you tell us to place the order.

Sending this as a gift? We can provide a gift card at no extra cost.  Just check the appropriate box on the order form and tell us what to write inside the card.  Its easy, its fast and satisfaction guaranteed. (Limit one gift card per address.)

We process these requests as they arrive during business hours.

provide you with a shipping estimate and process your order on the phone.
Then, you have the option of sending payment by mail or paying by credit card. We also provide overnight shipping (if available in your area) for an addtional fee. If you get the answering machine, leave your name, phone number and 
the best time to return the call (if in the continental USA.)

2. Please include your POSTAL or ZIP code of the shipping destination and country. We need the information to calculate shipping. If you want to speed up the order process, send us your full address.
3. If you wish for us to contact you to confirm the order and to obtain Credit Card information, please include your phone number and the best time to call (lower 48 states, USA only.)  If you do not include all necessary information, your request may be delayed..

 ORDER CONFIRMATION 
Option 1

Upon receiving your request, we verify stock.
If the appropriate box is checked on the order form and we have all of your payment information, we will process and ship the order.  If sending a check, we will place the items on hold for 1 week  Items are shipped as payment is received.

If you provided an Email address, you will receive a confirmation of the total cost including shipping via an attached .pdf file. If you do not have an email address and would prefer for us to call you, please provide a telephone number and best time to call, and we will call you (Lower 48 states.)  If you confirm the order via email, we usually ship by the next day. 

The prices listed are in US Dollars and DO NOT  include shipping  (CLICK HERE TO READ OUR SHIPPING POLICY. ) or sales tax  (6.75%) for NC residents. 
We will give you the total price including shipping. You have 1 week to arrange payment.  See PAYMENT METHODS

If you already provided the information via phone, your order is complete, but we will send you an estimate by email.  You do not have to respond, but if you see an error in the order or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

2. Personal Check or Money order.   ( Domestic orders only.  For international orders see details below or CLICK HERE. )  Please Contact us first to verify stock and determine shipping.  (See STEP 1 above.)  Tell us what items you wish to order.  We will then put them on hold and give you an address to send payment.  You have 10 days for us to receive payment.  We will ship as soon as payment is received.

THERE WILL BE A $45 FEE CHARGED FOR ANY BAD CHECKS.
So please, NO BAD CHECKS!  It really ruins our day.

3. COD,   Please contact us by Email  and tell us what items you wish.  We will give you the entire cost plus COD charges.  For items under $100, usually the charge is about $10.

4. Cash  Please don't send cash in the mail. However, if you live in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina area or are just visiting, call us at 336-712-0569 and we will be glad to arrange a pickup.

* If not convenient, please call and leave a message.  Any time that you leave a message, we will return the call as soon as possible (within the USA and Canada only.)  For international calls, it is best to reach us during office hours or communicate by e-mail.  If you do not receive a response from us within two to three days, please assume that we did not receive the message, and call us back.

International Orders

    Payment for international orders under $100 US , including shipping, can be made by Credit Card. Orders greater than $100, payment must be by  international money order or by Western Union wire transfer. Also there are no returns for international orders and  a $3 additional handling fee.  You may also be charged a fee at your end upon receiving  merchandise. Talk to your post office. We also may require additional card information and identification for Credit Card orders. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we may deem suspicious in nature.   Email me  for further inquiries. We regret the restrictions, but due to the rampant theft and forgery of Credit Card information, we have no other choice.

Return/Exchange Policy

We here at ATU hope that you never have to return anything. However, we realize that for whatever reason, you may need to return merchandise or make an exchange.  Please note:
1.    You must notify us before returning or exchanging merchandise.
2.    For US domestic orders, we will honor returns/exchanges within 30 days of the date of purchase.
3.    Any returned merchandise must be returned in the original packaging in re-sellable condition accompanied by the original or a copy of the sales receipt (invoice).  Re-sellable condition means that no alterations have been made to the merchandise (for example, coatings applied to pysanky or wood crafts); CDs or DVDs must be returned unopened; embroideries must be returned unwashed, neatly folded and packed so that they do not wrinkle in transit.  If there are any modifications made to the product or the product is damaged, we will not accept the return/exchange.
4.    There will be a 5% restocking fee for purchase amounts over $100.
5.    We will refund the price of the goods purchased, less any re-stocking fees (if applicable.)  Sorry, we cannot refund any shipping or handling fees.
6.    Exchanges may be handled in one of two ways:
       a.    If time is critical, we can send the replacement merchandise as soon as possible, and your credit card will be charged at that time.  Then, we will
              mail to you a refund check after the returned merchandise is received.  (See item 7 below.)  OR,
       b.    we can wait for you to return the merchandise, then ship the replacement items.  (If there is a difference in price, depending on whether the
              replacement  merchandise costs less or more, we will either send a refund check with the merchandise, or charge your credit card.)
7.    Refunds are made by check.  We will mail your refund check within 10 business days after receiving the returned goods.  (Sorry, we cannot run a credit to your credit card.)
8.    For international orders and show events (ex. Church or street festivals, etc.) all sales are final--no returns and no exchanges.

Wholesale Orders

    We offer wholesale pricing to qualified buyers depending on the item, size of the order and advance notice. $100 minimum order.  We don't offer all items for wholesale, please contact us with your specific needs.  We offer special arrangements for Church Festivals, please contact us for further details.  We only accept returns for damaged goods. WHOLESALE TERMS

Wholesale orders must be paid by Check or Money Order. For the first order we require that you provide prepayment of the order. You have 30 days pay an invoice from the date of shipping. Failure to pay the invoice within 30 days inccurs an addtional 1% service charge on the unpaid balance per month.
